Secret Cabbage

Cabbage is a nutritious and versatile leafy vegetable belonging to the Brassica family, closely related to broccoli and cauliflower. Often identified by its dense-leaved head, it comes in several varieties, including smooth-leafed green and red (purple) versions, as well as the crinkly-leafed Savoy type.
